Dr. Johnson shares research-backed insights into how green spaces influence cognitive performance, workplace productivity, and mental health — while also offering practical ways individuals and organizations can intentionally incorporate nature into their daily routines.

Episode 3 – Connecting with Nature and Community
In this episode, SCNHC sits down with Dr. Tom Mullikin, Director of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources and leader of the SC7 Expedition, to discuss his lifelong commitment to conservation and stewardship across the state.
